Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. Custom or oversized pieces may require additional lead time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your MOLEKULE account to view real-time updates on your shipment.
